Please be sure to select the “New Client” service, which includes your required consultation. During this time, I will assess your brows or lashes, discuss your goals, explain my technique, and develop a customized plan to help you achieve your desired results- including recommended time between appointments. Before Your Appointment- ✨ Brow Prep: * Please allow at least 4-6 weeks of natural brow growth before your appointment. No tweezing, trimming, or waxing during this period to ensure the best result. ⚠️ Skin & Medication Contraindications: * Discontinue use to Retin-A, retinol, adapalene, vitamin A, benzoyl peroxide, antibiotics, or any prescription/over the counter acne treatments (PanOxyl, Salicylic Acid Wash, Differin) at least 7-14 days before your appointment to avoid skin sensitivity and lifting. * You cannot be waxed if you are currently taking Accutane or have taken it within the last 6 months. * Do not schedule a lash lift if you have an active eye infection or stye. * Do not book if you’ve had any chemical peels or laser treatments within the last 4 weeks. 📝 Required Forms: * All new clients must complete the consultation form and liability waivers prior to their appointment. Please be sure to read the liability waivers very carefully. Payment & Booking Policies- 💳 A card on file is required to book your appointment for any cancellation policy violations. * All card transactions are subject to a 3.5% processing fee. * Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Cash are also accepted 💰Retainer fees are non-refundable but will be applied toward your scheduled service.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
Please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. Any violation of this policy including same day cancellation/reschedule or NO CALL/NO SHOWS will be charged 100% OF THE SCHEDULED SERVICE to the form of payment on file.
All new client service retainers are NON-REFUNDABLE. Any violation of the policy above, will results in the remainder of the amount of the scheduled service being processed. If you are rescheduling with more than a 24 hour notice, your deposit will move over to your rescheduled appointment.
All clients have a 10 minute grace period, after that, your appointment will need to be rescheduled. This will be considered a same day cancellation/reschedule and subject to the policy above.
